GIDI accepts returns of items that are damaged during delivery. Returns of damaged items caused by the customer will not be accepted UNLESS it falls under the warranty of the item ordered (do note that each item/brand differs in warranty periods and rules).
To return an item, kindly follow these steps:
Send us a photo of the damage and the official receipt issued by GIDI immediately after discovering such damage;
A representative from GIDI will send you a message once the item is verified for return;
You will be asked to return the item to our head office at 268-A AYSN Building, N. Domingo St., Brgy. Pasadena, San Juan City, 1500 Metro Manila;
A representative will provide an immediate replacement for the item or if customer so chooses, a full refund for the item (GIDI, however, will conduct further investigation before providing a full refund);
If a replacement item happens to be out-of-stock upon return, GIDI will make sure to reserve a unit once it restocks again and will immediately inform the customer if the item is ready to be delivered.
Kindly return an item with its complete packaging, product manuals and/or warranty cards, and other accessories. Failure to return such add-ons, particularly the product manuals, warranty cards, and accessories will affect the customer’s request for a full refund, should the customer request so.
